Has ayone tried Camsoda Model referral program or the Affiliat program generally

I am trying to join the Cansoda Model referral program as it seems a great way to get 7 bucks. However Iwhilst I have filed out the forms andd gor an account .....thats it. They say are reviewing application and will reply in 24 hors but there is no reply after 2 weeks.

Anyone had any success.
