Has Onlyfans ever ripped you off with a charge?

Hey so I've been using onlyfans for years and this is the first time I've had this problem and onlyfans "support" (completely fucking garbage) has been gaslighting me on this problem so I'm curious if it's happened to anyone else before

So I went to subscribe to a profile that was running a promo. Said profile is usually 30 dollars a month however with the promo it should have only been 5 dollars a month. I made absolutely sure the promo was active before I clicked accept it indeed said I was accepting a 5 dollar charge. To my surprise go back and check and I was charged the entire 30 dollars! I would have never subbed to a profile that price but according to Onlyfans "the promo was not active," when I clicked accept when I know for a fact that it was and they refuse to correct this.

Has anyone ever had this problem before where they overcharged you when they shouldn't have? I have 0% trust in their site now and won't be using it any longer but before I go on to possible escalate this I want to know how common errors like this are on their end and do they just bury them when they do. Has anyone else ever been overcharged by onlyfans by an error on their end? Thank you.

Never ran into this particular issue as i don't trust those promos in general. But i do suggest quiting onlyfans, the whole fucking site is a scam from the company to the models brother, its money that would be better spent elsewhere.
