Having to cam when you are depressed

So I haven't cam in over a month after an experience last month anyhow I'm obligated to cam or I won't be able to eat and will get evicted. So i'm very depressed because I also got a notice that I am being audited today and the money I was expecting to take me through the month is pretty much on hold until who knows when. So Now 'm obligated to cam but I'm really sad and cant put a smile on my face my mind is just somewhere else.
