help with registration on Myfreecams such a model

Hi there, I try to register a model account on MFC for 2 weeks, but still didn’t receive a response! When i trying to write to the e-mail [email protected] they ask me application ID and after I give them it, they ignore me.....I tried to send a request from different mails, the result is one - support ignores me

I really want to work on MFC, but i don't understand what they want(
