Hey guy's,
So i was working in a studio on f4f and im live, i did ok on f4f with members that were happy to come in chill out and chat, which helped to keep the room active and the members pm when they wanted pvt shows, or tip if they had non nude requests that could be done in free. This worked well for me, and I had a number of regular members after just a few days, and made my room a little community on the site where my regular members would chat with the new users helping them to feel welcome and included in the room. With im live i would get maybe 1-2 pvts a week and only see maybe 5 members a week in my room.
Right now I'm working exclusively on chaturbate (trying to get approved onto new sites, have my f4f account back from the studio, but now i need a new set of "professional quality" sample photos to have my account reactivated.
So I have a small list of questions that i'm hoping you guys can help with:
1) How many sites do you work on at any one time?
2) what kind of system are you using? (laptop/ desktop) (intl/amd) etc..
3) Does anyone have any tips on taking professional quality photos by yourself? (I have a good camera, but selfies are not accepted, I can use my phone as a remote for the camera but dont really want the phone in the photos)
One of the biggest areas that I am struggling with on chaturbate is traffic, the first 3 weeks were good and getting gradually better, but the last week, all my traffic seems to have dropped off giving me the massive earings of $12 for the the last week (luckily i did $250 the week before to make the payout somewhat manageable)( I'm on cam more than most models I know, averaging 15+hours a day, crazy hours i know, but it's what I need to do at the moment to make sure my rent is paid, well it was until I started doing 15+ hours a day for $12 a week). So if anyone has any tips on things I can do to get members in the room, without just doing free shows all day, would be a great help as I have no idea what has caused the traffic to drop off as I am not really doing anything any different from the previous weeks.
Apps being used is mainly roll the dice, I have tried setting goals but with the low member count they just don't get done which seems to put the members off tipping. prizes are all things like flashes and nude for 2-3 mins @35 tok a roll. I need to get more creative with the prizes so I can change it up a bit but at the moment don't have any ideas, so if any one has any they will be welcomed.
I saw a few threads saying that custom profiles are not really worth it, however I am thinking I might build one, purely because I get so many people in my room that ask me what I do for a living and they dont believe that camming is my job, so I am thinking a custom bio might re enforce the fact that im not on cam just for fun, but it's actually a job.
I am planning to take some time to make some videos and other content to add for sale, right now it's a battle with time to get them done as well as researching video ideas.
