how do I get my social things like twittr started

Hello I was wondering how I get my twitter started
I am a new model on Sm and I would love to have a active twitter profile interaction and followers. I have spotted the promotion accounts but I dont know wich one to follow. They are saying that I have to mention them in my tweets...

And is it good to follow as many other models en reply to tweets?
