How do I keep people I know IRL from finding my twitter?

I recently made a twitter for my cam stuff and I'm loving it. Today, on the "who to follow" section, they were showing people I went to school with and people I'm friends with on Facebook. I don't have my cam twitter linked with my Facebook. And my old twitter was deleted a long time ago. So, besides going through and blocking hundreds of people (which I've already started doing lol), what's an easier way to do it?

only problem is when you make yourself hard to find, you limit your potential income as well. for the most part...fans are lazy...they type in "camgirl/boy" in the search engine, click your listing, and if your page is locked (they can't see any of your posts) they typically move on to the next.
