How do you get yourself pumped up for a shift?

I think it could be cool to share our routines/tips for getting ~in the zone~

For example, scent is huge for me: I like to sprinkle a few drops of myrrh essential oil on my bed, sometimes light some incense or put on perfume. It helps create a nice mood for me and myrrh is known to be both energizing but centering.

What about you? Do you have a specific playlist while you get ready? Do you stretch before? Coffee?
