How do you know when it's time to go Solo?

Going independent has been on my mind since I realized how much more my earnings can increase without sharing it with the cam sites.

But how do you know when its "smart" to do so?

--Should I have a certain number of regulars? followers?
--Should skype show requests be an indication?

I went indie about a month and-a-half ago. Really, there's never a right or wrong time, whatever feels right to you. Regulars who come on every night are a thing of those who have been in the business for a few years, you'll never know if you're going to see them when you're logged on or not. Best bet is:If you're on a mainstream site, just mention your site and cheaper rates on the sly, get people to check it out. And most importantly, talk to Unique. She'll help you out immensely.
