How much do you make from camming? Should I be a camgirl?

Hello.
I just joined this site, I'm trying to decide whether or not it would be worth it for me to become a camgirl. I am open other things too like selling used panties and selling videos.
I have been flirting with this idea for over a year. I am so tired of being stuck in a boring "normal job". Life is too short for this junk! I'm about to quit my job now and start driving for uber in order to have more control over how much I work and when I can work. I'm also just tired of having a boss. I'd like to be able to do things my own way for the most part. And I'd really love to not have to be a different person at work, I just want to be myself as much as possible. Driving for uber doesn't completely solve these problems, but will definitely be better than my current job.
Anyway, I am seriously considering becoming and online entertainer as a way to supplement my income, and ideally this would become the main source of my income once I have gained experience and exposure.
BUT, I wonder if I am being realistic. If anyone who is currently camming would be willing to share with me how much they make by doing this (on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis) it would really help me to make a decision. If you would prefer to PM me rather than sharing your income here, that's fine too. Any information will be appreciated. I'm also curious to know how much people make from selling videos or photos and from selling used panties and the like.

*EDIT* I understand that everyone's experience is different from the next person's and that how much I might make will depend on a lot of different things. But I need to see some real numbers to make a decision, especially since I will need to invest in this if I decide to do it.

Its different everyday some girls make nothing some girls make $20 some make over $1000 it just all depends on how hard you want to work, how creative you are, the traffic, etc. some months i make like 700 others i make over 2000. summer time is a very slow time because the guys are busy being outside and stuff but once school is back in it will pick back up. if you need any help please feel free to pm me hun and i will do my best

Actually, I would like to answer the whole video and panty selling angle. For me; I make about 900-2000 each month in panty sales. Also, I make about 500-1200 each month as a content provider but I make machinima, audio clips, and animation mainly. As far as camming is concern; it is not my main job in the adult industry. I am a non-nude domme on speciality and foreign sites. Since I cam on the weekends....I feel that doing 500 to 1200 a weekend is pretty good. But my biggest money maker is pso and texting work; I can make about 1000 per week as pso and 500-1500 per week selling texting packages. I hope this gives you some ideas
