In terms of client requests in free chat, how much should I do without charging? They often ask for things like "stand up" or "show your feet," which are easy to fulfill, but should I charge anyway? I know I should charge for things like "go kneel on the floor" and other stuff that's intense.
See, I want to balance being friendly and fun with actually making money. I don't want to give all the guys the milk because I want them to buy the cow, but when I suggest that I'll do things for a tip instead of for free, most of the time they just leave, and I wonder if I'd have done what they wanted there, if I could have gotten them to pay for something else later. I'm just not sure how to best deal with it.
