How to fake your Period/time of the month

I got a guy willing to pay me $$$$$$ for a period video (changing tampons) but I don't get periods.

I want to do the video but need to figure out a safe way for me to do this (don't want to use ketchup in my pussy lol)

PS: if you have no advise or think this is disgusting, please don't comment. Each to their own right?
