How To Get The Most Bang For Your Buck With A Content Model As a PSO?

So many of us that are in the Phone Sex Side of things know that having a content model is a method that many go to but I had a few questions that I've yet to be answered. And some more might be brewing as I think and complete this post but my main questions are...

1. How do you deal with having clients buying your items for "you"? I'm not interested in them buying an actual gift off a list but send tributes via (NF or IWC) for items I want. The girl that I'm using lives in a whole other country (South America) and I'm trying to figure out how a client would be able to basically pay for the same thing twice if that makes sense? Like I want the item he's sending money for her. Because more than often they'll ask for pictures of said outfit right? So how would I navigate that? It's been so confusing.

2. How much do you charge for one way skype? Same phone price to just watch or higher?

Let me answered an few things for you.
1. Skype- Usually, I charge higher to watch them on skype than phone calls. I would say that 2.99 to 4.99 is pretty great.
2. Clients buy items for your content character is great but usually I stick to stuff like jewelry and shoes. Clothes are bit more tricky unless your girl has one of those 350 photo sets. Sometimes, those sets would have formal wear in them as well.However, I need to know a bit more information. Like, how many photo sets and videos does your girl have? Like does she have an formal wear set as well?
