Okay ladies, I've seen a lot of girls complaining that Streamate has been recording their shows and posting them on Tube sites.
While this IS in your contract and they are fully allowed to do so, here're a few things you can do to prevent them from selling them or recording them at all.
1) And this is a big one - Play copyrighted music in your cam room at all times, especially during shows. Even if it's just in the background, streamate won't post your shows if you're playing music that's copyrighted by someone else - too risky.
2) Mention your name often. "Guys, don't forget to follow me, Dahlia Dee, here on Streamate so we can play often!" this will ensure that if they DO post the show, people will know how to find you, or at least will have some keywords to search for.
3) put a small, discreet watermark on your cam feed. This can be done with ManyCam software. While this is technically against Streamate's rules, a small "www.xxxxx.cammodels.com" should fly under the radar, and will protect your feed should it be posted.
