How to snag TikTok lives? And how to download videos from private accounts on Tiktok?

If you used periscope or instagram, there was a third party app that allowed you to snag any of the lives you wanted too. I'm wondering if there's a similar app for Tiktok lives?


Also any apps or online downloaders that allow you to save videos from private tiktok accounts? Current tiktok downloader is hit and miss, even for public accounts
