I am having a Streamate problem..

Okay, about a year ago I had a group profile set up with Streamate, they sent one check and it had one password. (This is separate from my personal SM profile.) Now, each time I try and set up a group account, I show up as "StudioAdmin" with the option to add performers, who can have their own password..which is okay but, we never get verified. I even contacted SM to make sure I sent all the correct info and they replied with some b.s. automated "we will get to it when we get to it" message that never really answered my questions.. I waited months and my previous profiles with SM only took a few days.

Anyone familiar with group accounts, any helpful tips?
Or, hell a better site to have a group profile on?
