I can't hear audio on Streammate (using google)

When I'm running Streammate on google chrome, I can't hear the sound notifications, like if someone walks into the room or takes me into private. This has happened before, the sound came back and now it isn't working. I tried resetting the google settings back to the original settings, clearing the browser cache and all of that but no luck. Sometimes it will crash and say there is a problem with the flash plug in, so I think it has something to do with that, idk. Anyone else have this problem? I'm also running chaturbate at the same time in google chrome, I'm not sure if that is messing something up.
