What I've learned is that if paypal catches on to what you're doing, they can and will seize your account and whatever money is in it, and fine you up to $500. People get caught because someone they did business with via paypal gets caught first and paypal investigates whoever that person did business with..
That being said.. If I take paypal as payment, I assume my biggest worry is a fine, because if I cash out daily or weekly they wont get much from me if they seize my account.
