I must block an user on Streamate

Hi! So im having a problem with one user on streamate, since yesterday he gets into my room at least five times per hour and says ugly things to me, i want to ban him, but he is pretty fast to log off (i think he does copy-paste) and obviously he is a private jumper, i have him jumping in all my private shows since yesterday. Im so tired of him, but i cant ban him! Anyone can help me?

If you can't ban him, then what I would personally suggest is to screenshot his comments. Then email Liz the screenshot to see if there is anyway to ban him from your room that way.

If you can click on his profile as soon as he enters the room there is an option "report" and select the drop down "this member is abusive" .
