I'm pretty sure Streamate doesn't start charging until after 30 seconds or so have gone by. So, if they ask/you answer quickly that it's not something you will offer, they can leave, and not be charged. I like to stretch things out, at least get my minute or so out of them!
Also, you may notice that when you are in private chat, other users will dart in and out of the room for < 30 seconds at a time; they are trying to get a free show. It doesn't bother me if someone wants to watch for a few seconds, and decide not to stick around. But I had one guy come in an out 3 times, and I blocked his ass.
