Does anyone know how this is actually calculated? I'm reading through the guide right now and a lot of these things can't possibly be monitored (ex: add a personal touch! how does a computer know you're adding a "personal touch"?) My ranking on the site is frustratingly low in spite of good ratings/reviews. I've tried converting guests to paying users but it's like pulling teeth since the site advertises the hosts as "free live chat" so their "guests" think everything is for free.
