ImLive was always slow for me. While on other sites I had plenty of people in my chat room, ImLive's was empty most of the time. Privates are indeed short generally speaking, but there are also customers willing to stay 1 hour in pvt chat. While you are on 0.98, the traffic is high and you barely can breathe, after that, things work more slow.
