In my experience, unless you work for a webcam studio, webcamming as a profession is extremely Do-It-Yourself and it is your job to both model and market yourself. It's not just getting on cam and learning the ins and outs of camsites, but promoting yourself on social medial, learning new technical skills and possibly selling content as well for a form of passive income. A webcam studio can take a lot of the work out of your hands but many models, myself included, work without studios and it's very laborious, even if the idea is simple. I am teaching myself how to make clips, how to optimize my time on social media, and how to use the Streamate encoder. It's a lot of learning and a lot of trial and error but I'm into it because I enjoy the freedom camming offers me. I also love the 1 on 1 connections I can make through this work. If this turns you off then camming in general may not be the type of adult work for you. NiteFlirt is a well respected phone sex/chat site that pays 70% of live calls and clips that are sold. You might like that more. Best wishes.
