issue with directa24 payment _ model on stripchat

hi, i am model on stripchat, i have no idea what wrong with my directa24 payment, it's transfer money to local bank, it got "rejected" everyweek, over over again, i sent in bulk email for support, representative person, directa24, but no respond or detail information about what i need to correct / update on my payment account, i so exhausted, english not my first language so everything harder right now, if anyone can read this thread, or anyone 've been in situation like that before, help me. pleasse, covid affect me alot, i streaming on stripchat for living, my only way right now. help
