Linking Firstchoice Pay to new Streamate account

So I decided to give Sm a try. Everything seem to be working fine except the part of choosing my payment method. I go to the payment information and choose Firstchoice Pay as my payment method. I fill in the name and address information. I type in the password and when I click on "save updates" i get a message "Please select one of these options" pointing the payment method, and Firstchoice Pay is already selected.

I already sent an email to support. It is a new account and it hasn't been approved yet for going online. I didn't get any ticket number with the issue, nor anything like that. This is exactly what made me stop from working at this website.
