Lipservice.net, any experience?

Anyone have any experience with them? They're a phone and chat service, with sfw and nsfw work. They sent me their pdf application for phone sex operator, via email after they talked to me on the phone. But their rates seem kinda low without traffic, but possibly okayish with good traffic, and I've seen mixed reviews on their traffic when googling.

These rates are based on a 2 week pay period. Talk minutes are only counted when 1on1 with a customer, this does not include messages, or hold time. and you are an Independent Contractor so you are responsible for invoicing them. The more minutes you rack up, the higher your overall per talk minute rate.
1-999 minutes at .18 PTM
1000-1500 talk minutes at .20 PTM
1501-2000 at .25 PTM
Anything past 2000+ it set at .27 PTM.
Peak hours at 1am EST to 10am EST have a flat rate of .35 PTM if you have 500 mins of talk time.

Sorry but why would you want to start low in phone sex? Even when I first started phone sex, I did not work for companies with little baby money.Lipservice has been around for more than 2 decades ( I saw them advertise in back 2003 and it was already an old company) but you do not need to start so low. You can just start at USLove and try to get your profiles started at Niteflirt or Talktome. Or you can use Lipservice as an backup company but never as an main company as many phone sex companies know they can offer little baby money to newbies and others. Just food for thought.
