Lovense toys no longer connect with tips

On Chaturbate, my sexy toys no longer go off with tips. both toys work off my mobile app so I know the issue is not the toys, I have tried connecting my toys through my mobile app to connect to chaturbate but still does not work, please help...

Have you tried clearing the cache on the browser? Did you make any settings changes?
