As a business-minded individual, what is your idea of the best business model when it comes to web cam models? Provide a free porn show and hope to receive lots of tips? Or Sit in front of a camera teasing your visitors and hope that they take you private?

It's obvious that both of these options have their pros and cons. But let's be realistic; as web cam model you are in the business of providing a service and that service is your performance. You want to get paid everytime you perform! When we conducted our research into this industry we had noticed that many models on one particular site basically provide Free Porn. They will perform with their toys or their partner and at the end of the show no one tipped.

Our believe is that most of these cam sites allow this to happen in order to increase their traffic and make money on ads.

Please let us know what your perspective on this matter is as a web cam model.

It doesn't bother me at all because what works for some girls may not work for others. While I cant make a dime on mfc.. I can make 50 an hour easy on imlive which is very strict and nudity is in pvt shows only. I know thats not a lot of money but it beats the hell outta min wage! LOL SO, I'm happy with that! On the flip side I have seen awesome moldels on mfc and all you hear is the dinging of tips. It doesn't work for me. I'd only get free loaders. NOW, we do have girls who work both sites on IMLIVE AND SPLIT WITh MFC so you can see them breaking the rules that apply to IMLIVE. However, I know that the men on IMLIVE wont tip or pay for it if they can watch it for free so they arent stealing my money. and eventually IMLIVE will catch you breaking the rules, ban you and keep all your earnings for that pay period. Not worth it to me.
