Moving funds from Payoneer to other credit card

So the situation is: my wallet's stolen with my payoneer card. already reported that, waiting for the answer (sent the email cause my phone's stolen too).

Is there any way I can transfer money from my Payoneer to other credit card (not mine, my partner's, visa?) I've got money on it and looks like I'm broke without it.

Asking here cause probably will wait ages for the reply from payoneer and maybe anyone knows something about it? just too angry now to think

I don't think you can.I know that you can transfer the money to another payoneer account.
Anyway if you get any answer from payoneer regarding this,please announce here too.I am interested to know if this is possible.
