Mozilla Firefox as a webcam splitter?

Hi girls and boys, did you notice that there is no need to use a cam splitter /splitcam, manycam/ when you use Mozilla? It happened to me by accident, I just realized my webcam works on two sites at the same time. Those who are familiar with this, is this Mozilla webcam splitting reliable, or should I stick to ManyCam? It may probably save some CPU too imo. Thanks for replies and have a great day!
