newbie here - searching for a great cam to buy

i am new to caming on a site and i would like to purchase a good cam. i received a couple of suggestions. so, i would like to have a remote, high quality audio and video, and i would like it to be able to zoom too.

i also heard that i would need lighting.
which lights would you suggest?

I use a DSLR Sony A6100 camera (great for photos too). For lighting i use 2 dimmable LED panel desk mounting lights from Amazon i think they were $50 a piece.
