Can a customer leave negative feedback when they've never even called you? I'm questioning this because some jackass that calls himself blinkday139 just left negative feedback on me in one of my listings. All he bought was pay tribute and then left negative feedback. WTF. I've blocked his ass but it'd be nice if NF will actually remove his feedback instead of my having to delete my listing.
