Niteflirt cam sessions, how do you charge customers?

I like NiteFlirt but, i really dont like the fact the charges are not automatic when is about the camming sessions and i have to ask the customer to pay for my cam show, today i had an idiot asking : "why i would have to pay a tribute?" lmao, i controled myself and replied him nicely, so i bet this is usual, lots of guys on cam feature on NiteFlirt try to negotiate or dont pay the tribute to do the cam session, of course i just do the cam session when they pay.
Anyway, do you have any trick to make this part a little easier?

It's against the rules and terms of service to accept tributes for cam shows on NiteFlirt. You are required to keep them on the phone the entire time.

I put my bluetooth in my ear and run my phone sounds through that. and mute my mic and audio on my computer.
