No No Hair removal... Good or Garbage?

I am old school and still shave when I need to take care of unwanted hair. I have been considering purchasing the No No Hair removal system. Anyone out there have it? Like it?

I was looking at it but it does not work for darker skin tones (Black, Indian, Hispanic) only light ones. So that excludes me. Good luck tho.
