Anyone from FL ? I wanted to take Topless or Nudes outside but I have no idea where to go if you get cught in Fl its a big deal. I was thinking of going to this nudist community its like 20 buck to get in for the day just so i don't have the risk of getting in trouble. What do you think? Any idea where I could go?

I have several acres in north central Florida. I have woods, fields, barns, flower gardens and wild flowers (depending on the season of course). It's all my property and there is very good privacy. Models in Florida or traveling to my area who want to shoot outdoors are welcome to PM to arrange a visit.

Also in South Florida there is a nude beach in Haulover Park. It is officially sanctioned by Miami-Dade county as a clothing optional section of the beach. It is the largest public nudist beach in the U.S. and attracts 1.3 million visitors per year. So far as I know you have the same right to photograph here as you do in any public park. Some beachgoers don't like to see cameras though and might complain loudly. Which I think is silly. If you're in a public place naked your assenting to be seen and photographed that way just like you are if you go out in a bathing suit, or a banana costume.

Anyway the third option of course is to go where you have privacy and will not offend anyone present. It's especially important that no one under age 16 is around. In Florida consent is not a defense to lewd or lascivious offenses committed in the presence of a child. If it is just you and your photographer, and no one else around it's very unlikely to offend anyone or even be noticed.

The law in Florida does seem very strict and public indecency is a crime that can be punished by up to 1 year in jail. Keep in mind, according to this lawyer anyway , nudity in public is not necessarily indecent except when your "acts cause offense to one or more persons viewing those acts, or unless the acts substantially intrude upon the rights of others."

Well, although I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, I hope the information above is helpful. Also be careful to know about local law.
