Ohmibod-alike toy for male/couple performers

Although we owned it for over a year, we never used our Ohmibod. We used it for the first time in our last show and actually... it was really fun!

We're probably going to use more toys in the future, but while there are enough options out there for females, are there any sound-activated toys or something else out there that can be used by a male? It seems all toys are focused on females, or did we miss something?

What would be a good toy for a guy to use in a show? It would be nice if we both would be stimulated through some sort of sound or whatever activated device.
