Depends on what you are using. There are several tools on Windows, personally I use the 'DIGITALCRIMINAL Onlyfans DataScraper' which you can find on GitHub. There are some browser tools as well for Firefox and Chrome, just search the add-on store. Alternatively, you can just hold shift and right click the video which brings up the context menu even if the site has it disabled.
