Perimenopause- Ideas to feel better and prevent diseases

I've been feeling so bad lately. I feel weak, very tired, without energy.
My nails are thin and brittle, my hair falls a lot.

Time to time I have Episodes of dizziness and lack of balance .
Yesterday I slipped on the backyard and fell on my back, by miracle I did not break any bones, I just got my butt sore dammit
My menstruation has been of normal flow, although a bit irregular in the last two years, but the last time was a true nightmare
I lost liters of blood, I can not use tampons or marine sponges, nothing retained the hemorrhage, it was horrible
The only way I found to control bleeding was to take the contraceptive pill.
For a whole week I've been so bad with such strong pains that I think having a child would not be more difficult than this
