I have been on and off Niteflirt as a PSO since 2004 and I love them. You got to work it though, it's not like a dispatch company where all you have to do is sit and wait.
You can work there from Europe, just get an American number via Google and forward it to your phone. They do direct deposit, express pay and check and have always been very reliable with their payments.
Another one is Adultwork is also based in the UK, I ve never worked there though (too complicated for me).
