Pissing, Sleeping and other banned fetishes

I'm curious why some fetishes that are not harmful but might be disgusting can't be done on cam sites or sell via ManyVids.
Let's take sleeping at begin. I don't understand why someone like to see someone is sleeping, on pornhub there are many videos of "f*cked while sleep" but why someone can't sell video of sleeping?
Second thing is pissing. It maybe disgusting for many people but it's just a pee. So chaturbate don't allow to show it but ManyVids allow to sell videos of it.
Third are some kind of cosplays - military, religious are also banned on chaturbate.

I saw once document about online sex with Ceara Lynch and part of her income was from sleeping videos and selling not videos, but bottle of her own piss.

Can someone help me understand it why?

Not all sites are banning Pee or Sleep, to give you an example. Just look at Clips4Sale, producers are thriving in those 2 categories.
Most sites are banning certain terms because of their credit card processors, like Visa. Unfortunately, we live in a world in which credit card processors are having the last word when it comes to fetishes. This is why Hypnosis is widely banned - it is considered high-risk. Regarding Visa, I could probably find a better explanation than this, but I really don't want to read their almost 900-pages core rules book
Now, keep in mind that each adult company is located in a different state/country, so different laws are being applied. They also work with different payment processors, some of which are willing to accept some fetishes, while others are very strict regarding their policy.
Religious cosplay might be banned because of the location of a site, or because the owners are conservative. Military cosplay is very questionable when it comes to Nazi memorabilia, which is legally banned in various countries (France, Germany, Austria etc).
Regarding Ceara Lynch, I believe what she said is true. It doesn't mean it's also 100% legal though. But yeah, I know a couple of dommes who sell regularly their bodily excretions - and I'm not speaking of pee only
