Playing Video Games on Cam?

So I kinda want to do something similar to Twitch where I am playing a game and stream it but I want to be topless etc... Has anyone done anything similar to this? I saw a camgirl watch Netflix with her stream but never seen anyone play a video game.

I have done this a few times but only in one to one skype shows - using Manycam. You can set it up to do exactly that like on Twitch.

Doing it en-masse streaming though worries me maybe due to copyright issues or it not being everyone's thing.

I came accross a strip poker cam site once where you play online poker and live stream at same time.

Maybe this is the next big niche. Let me know if you find anything else happening like it.
