I bought a new laptop with windows 10 on it and I’m having a really Hard time with it...
I can’t open a browser with the websites I wanna go on,Cam4,cam soda etc...ManyCam is not working...my lush toy is not connecting because it can’t find the usb thingy ...
If anyone can help me ...please let me know..I’m willing to pay...I turned off the firewall on the laptop and still nothing.

That's a lot of problems!

Since you cannot even open the websites in a browser and your USB is not working, it sounds like you need to completely wipe it and reinstall windows. That's what I would do if I were you.

Since your USB isn't working you may need to do it this way:



Do you have a warranty? Might even want to return or exchange it.
