Are there others that don't allow it explicitly but also don't punish you for broadcasting what you recorded working earlier?
The idea is to work in your sleep.

No, you can't do that. It needs to be live. What you can do on cam4 it's to record the show and to sell it on the shop.

You can do that with the app of cam4. But don't expect a camsite will allow to do what you are looking for.
