Problem of speaking to a user when sending on many cams same time

I ask about your experience about this problem:
When you logged in and send on a single cam, it is no problem to speak (over microphone) with a user - for example answering some questions which he posted in the chat - other guys understand this, cause they see was written before in the chatroom and feeling good and feel as a part of a conversation - but...
when you begin to talk to a user that is in another chatroom (for example you started to send in 4 or 5 Camsites the same time) then the user dont understand what now happened, cause he don't see what the user wrote and what makes you to give a special answer or reaction from you.

When I spy to cams I can see in a very short time, if a girl using microphone, if she is in more cams now

My question is, do you care about this problem in any way ? Or do you try that a user don't can find out, that you working on more cams now?
When you type on your keyboard and nothing is to see in the chatroom, the problem is similarly.

Well i honestly do not care this problem at all because the only one confused are those that usually never ever tip and want attention.
Paying members instead dont mind , and they do understand ( mostly of them ) , they know i work and i try to do as much as possible from my stream .
Many when see the action or me talk with others they start to tip because they know the tokens can come from everywere so i will put up a very good show and each of them will pay less , as i often call it team work , and they love it .
