Promotion Tools

This time I'm posting to ask you guys about promotion.
How do you promote yourself? I already have a Twitter Account, and I know that's the most important promotion tool!

I saw on Twitter there are some people who do promotion like @Ladiesonline @MyPornProfile and @SexyGirlShots.
Do you know others like that? What are the tools you use to promote yourself?

I really need to get some traffic going in my profile and my room when I'm online, so I'm open to any and all suggestions

I actually spend a lot of time sending personalized messages to members to say hi, check on them, or just say nice to meet you. The effort goes a long way (typing)
