PSOjob- have you heard of it...is it legit?

I've been looking into becoming a "phone sex operator" for awhile now, and so far the only site that's really been heavily recommended to me was "NiteFlirt". When I did a general search myself the first company that came up was "psojob.com" - they don't outright tell you what their client-website is, but they advertise how long they've been around, how great they are....yada yada.

Has anyone here applied through this website, and is it legitimate? Also, do you have any personal recommendations for someone trying to get on their feet in this strange new world?
