Which schedule you find the best or feel more comfortable with?

I'm gonna start working on LJ and I have to choose a schedule, the thing is that I don't know if maybe will be better from 9pm to 6 am or 6pm to 3 am...

In which one do you usually work?

I'm a night owl, so I don't consider at all the morning shift

I do 7pm to 4am EET so like 12Pm to 9am EST
