Hello everyone ?
I have lots of random questions relating to my webcam and zoom functions, I'd be grateful if anyone could shed some light on any of them for me x
1. I seem to be having a few issues with my Logitech Conference Camera BCC950 while streaming on SM. It keeps changing the default microphone setting and customers cannot hear me until i 'swap' it back over. Does anyone else have this issue??
2. Zoom function: I can use the remote and base to zoom in but it only goes in a few frames. TBH this has not bothered me until I used it recently on a facebook video call and it zoomed in all the way in. I didnt know it had that range or capability as Ive never used it on anything else but oh my goodness, its amazing and I would love for it to zoom in that close but I dont understand why I cant do that when I'm streaming on SM??
I've checked with support on SM and they are not aware of any issues but I wondered if anyone else has this camera or problem??
3. Also I've been looking for a second webcam to allow me to dual site and I've noticed that there are no other webcams out there that have remote controls. So my question is How does everyone else deal with zooming in and out for clients when they ask??? Do you have to physically get up and manually do it (gawd I sound super lazy!!) I've seen the Babestation girls physically hold their second camera 'downstairs' for clients but surely there has to be a better way??? ?
4. Does anyone have the new Brio HD Pro or the Brio Stream?? There is a £10 price difference but Im not sure if they are the same camera or do they just have different names???
