So I am getting rather annoyed by customers who pay for one or two shows and think they can just chat it up with me on Skype whenever. I like to interact with customers a lot but I think now it's getting to the point where these guys are taking advantage of it.
Basically my question is do you delete customers from your Skype account who paid for a few shows but afterwards never contacted you for more and/or try to small talk for free when they see you're online?
