So I'm Mia (Raven Foxe) and one of my partners and I after years of being in front of the cam, have decided to invest in several model houses internationally and so far, honestly, we've done great. What I find ironic however is thathere in the US, we have the HARDEST time finding girls who consistent and ACTUALLY willing to do the work.
What I'd like is for all of you to chime in and give us some pointers if possible, OR if you are yourself seeking, then obviously feel free to reach out (contact info below)
So, here's what we offer: (for models)
First, we do a 4 week run in period. The idea being, let's ensure it's a good fit, we're happy, your happy, etc. This cuts down on the 'i thought' or 'i misunderstood' type conversations after the fact. It allows us to gauge the success OR potential success of a model while limiting our finanicial exposure, and also ensuring we have an appropriate audience for her kink(s)/Fetishes etc. Assuming that we are all gung ho after that we then:
1.) Pay for all travel, rent, accomidations, food, lodging, elecric, gas, water, insurance, general overhead etc. and relocation expenses and put them up in a model home. (To give you an idea, the newest one we're trying to fill in Louisville, KY is 2200 sq ft. overlooks the Ohio River, sits in a property worth over 500 MILLION dollars, is furnished, includes all bills paid, internet, etc. and is a FULL HOUSE not just a tiny apartment)
2.) We do something spectacular in the industry as well: We guarantee that IF we accept you, and IF you follow the letter of your contract (which is simple, 40 hours per week, at least one weekend day, 2 full weeks off after your first 3 months at your leisure with at least 2 week notice, accomidations for life, etc.) a MINIMUM 100k income annually. Keep in mind, thats with all bills paid-no rent, electric, was, gas, food, overhead, insurance, etc. to worry about. Thats a MINIMUM guarantee. There is no cap.
Herein lies the problem: I can go to europe, and I can have a LINE of girls ready to go with this arrangement inside of 2-3 hours. I don't even have to try. Here in the states, I get the same KIND of interest, but when it comes to the actual ''doing'' of it, girls just don't seem to be willing to put in the work. That's where I'm baffled. I mean, don't get me wrong, we're doing fine, but when we invest 15-20 million (AJ is a serial entrepreneur in many fields) in purchasing properties here state side, we really wanna see them succeed. Plus, we live and work in the Louisville, KY area anyways, it's just better all around if this one in particular works great.
Bottom line, i'd love for some insight from any of you guys and girls out there that may have some insight on what could potentially be going on. Also on a side note, we defenitely do referral cut-ins, so if you know females (preferrably bi, but it doesn't really matter) 18-28, that you believe would be a good fit, send them our way, and we can make each other some serious money.
